Shipping policy

1. Delivery Locations

At present, buttr delivers within Dubai only. As we continue to grow, we plan to expand our delivery services to additional Emirates across the UAE.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Orders are typically delivered within 48 hours of order confirmation. Depending on operational schedules and delivery location within Dubai, delivery may take up to a maximum of 3 days.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated based on order value:

- Orders below AED 150: Courier charges will apply

- Orders of AED 150 and above: Free delivery

The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and processed shortly after they are placed. Orders placed outside operational hours, during weekends, or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the correct address and contact details when placing the order. If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, customer unavailability, or incorrect contact information, additional courier charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Fresh Product Handling

As buttr products are freshly prepared food items, customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. buttr is not responsible for product quality issues if deliveries are left unattended after successful delivery.

7. Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, traffic disruptions, public holidays, or courier/logistics delays. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to keep customers informed.
